HOW LONG WILL A LIVE TRIBUTE BAND PERFORM FOR AT MY EVENT?
Most major original artists and touring acts usually perform for 2 hours. All our tribute bands for hire also perform a 2 hour show to match the original artist, and sometimes offer the option of an additional dinner music set before the show if it’s required, or perhaps a general wild party music set after the tribute aspect of the night has finished, or we can even slot a DJ service in to start and end the night too. Of course, you may just want the 2-hour Tribute Show extravaganza as the main stand alone event – this is often the case. It’s entirely your choice, but we’ll work with you to design exactly what you need.
IF I HIRE A LIVE TRIBUTE BAND, MUST I PROVIDE A STAGE?
Generally speaking, yes, as a sizeable stage ALWAYS generates vastly superior results for your event – if you can utilise one, do so. Regarding the size of performance area required, all of the bands that The Live Music Agency represent need a minimum-sized area in which to perform effectively – usually no less an area than say 12 feet x 10 feet, but that’s really a minimum, and any more room available is always appreciated, especially for tribute show bands. But this, and other technical details, can all be worked through by our expert staff at The Live Music Agency, as we design what options might be best for your event.
We’ll usually ask for the name of your venue (so we can call them and ascertain the performance area available, check their Council regulations, vehicle and band gear access etc), and what theme your event might be having, so that we can generate best suggestions for you, ensuring we provide you with a live entertainment option that exceeds your expectations, and actually contributes a major benefit to your event.
